Angelica is a frontend engineer working on YouTube Go (YouTube’s Emerging Markets app).  She is passionate about building projects that cross her engineering and artistic skills.  

She grew up with love for technology and film, but didn’t have access to the production pipelines of either medium until college, from there she started editing and coding nonstop.  

She is working to better utilize her skills to support her community by providing access to media and technology at a global scale, inclusive of diverse races, genders, religions and sexual orientations. She hopes to create animations and effects that dive into the realities of different types of oppression and successes that are experienced in marginalized communities.
